Chicken, Beans & Rice - Boneless, skinless breast of chicken (5oz) cooked to perfection, steamed rice, beans spiced with cumin, chili peppers, tomatoes with salsa or Vee's BBQ Sauce.

Wild Salmon Burger - Wild caught salmon, chopped spinach, sweet onions, whole grain freshly baked bread, and grain mustard sauce, lettuce and tomato. Served with Mango Slaw.

Chicken Stir-Fry - Steamed rice or noodles with oriental sesame ginger, chicken breast, broccoli, carrots, celery, green peas, scallions, soy sauce and roasted garlic

South of the Boarder - Steamed Rice or noodles with Chicken, peppers, onions, broccoli, black beans, crushed tomato, green chilies and spiced with cumin

Teriyaki Salmon Wrap - Ginger garlic pineapple marinated salmon fillet, sticky rice, green peas, scrambled egg, sesame cabbage with soy sauce and cucumber garnish

Vegetarian Sushi Salad - Steamed Rice or Noodles: Broccoli, carrots, celery, green peas, ginger, soy sauce, roasted garlic, and seasonal squash

Italian Grilled Cheese - Gorgonzola crumbles, basil pesto, tomato, and crusty Italian artisan style bead

Scrambled Dog - All beef kosher hotdog, oyster crackers, Vee’s vegetarian chili, dill pickle, and sweet onions

Roasted Carrot Dog - Vee’s meatless chili, whole wheat bun, dill pickle, and sweet onions

Hot Dog, or Chili Dog - Your choice of dog on wheat bun with meatless chili

Grilled Panini - Lean slow roasted beef, swiss american cheese, grain mustard, seasoned mayonnaise, side spinach salad with ranch dipping sauce

Pressed Grilled Cheese Panini - White Swiss and American cheese with your choice of fruit or sun chips
