"The lunch on Tuesday was absolutely excellent, the food was very good, everyone complimented the quality, presentation and quantity. We even had a few leftover sandwiches to enjoy yesterday. Chef Vee was thoughtful enough to bring ice so we could serve the drinks chilled. "WONDERFUL!!! Thank you so much for delivering lunch to our senior staff today!  Everyone commented on how delicious everything was! It was beautifully presented and the quality was excellent!  The hummus tray with the fresh veggies and crisp crackers was very good! We have a couple members on our staff that is "vegetarian" and it was a hit with them! I actually had the turkey sandwich and I loved the cranberry/baby spinach combination! The brie was also delicious with it! I did not sample the other sandwiches but everyone that did, noted how tasty the sandwiches were! I loved the apricot tart and vanilla cream presentation; however, it was already gone before I had a chance to taste it......so, please know that everyone loved it!! I did have a brownie and also tasted the oatmeal cookie -- both were delicious! The mixed greens and carrot salad dressing was a hit also! The salmon was very delicious and the portions were plentiful. Thank you again for such good service. Once again, you did a wonderful job. Your promptness, professionalism, and high quality of delectable dishes are greatly appreciated."

"Everything was wonderful - the salad and the fruit were very popular and all of the tuna and portabella mushroom sandwiches were gone in a flash. There were only a few sandwich halves left over, so I believe it was a good quantity of food. We didn't run out of anything, but not a lot left over either. Thanks again for taking care of everything for us."
